This policy explains what Fletch Window Tint (“we”, “us”) collects from visitors to fletchwindowtint.com and from customers who contact us, what we do with it, and the choices you have. ## What we collect
When you fill in a form on this site, call us, text us or email us, we receive what you send: usually your name, phone number, email address, vehicle or property details, and a description of the work you want. We ask only for what we need to answer you, quote the job and schedule it. We never collect payment card details through this website.
When you browse the site, we automatically receive standard technical information: the pages you visit, how you arrived (for example from a Google search or an ad), your approximate location based on your IP address, and your browser and device type.
## How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, schedule and confirm appointments, carry out and warranty the work, and follow up afterwards. We also use visit information, in summary form, to understand which pages and ads bring us customers so we can improve the site and our advertising. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
## Phone calls, call tracking and call recording
Phone numbers on this site are provided through GoHighLevel, the customer management platform we use. When you call one, it logs the number you called from, the time and length of the call, and which page or ad led to the call. We use this to know which of our marketing brings in customers.
Calls to and from us may be recorded. We use recordings for quality, training, and to keep an accurate record of what was discussed about your job, quote or appointment. Recordings are stored in GoHighLevel, are accessible only to our team, and are not shared with anyone for marketing. If you would prefer not to be recorded, tell us at the start of the call, or contact us by email instead.
## Text messages (SMS)
If you book an appointment and give us your mobile number, we may text you appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling updates and customer support messages. Some texts are sent through GoHighLevel, our customer management platform, and others through our other business messaging tools. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Mobile information is shared only with the messaging providers that deliver our texts, and only so they can deliver them.
## Cookies, analytics and advertising
This site uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, which set cookies to measure how visitors use the site. We also use Google Ads tags to measure which of our ads lead to calls and enquiries (conversion tracking) and, where enabled, to show our ads to people who have visited this site before (remarketing). Our contact page includes an embedded Google Map, which Google may use to set its own cookies.
Google’s use of this data is described at policies.google.com/privacy. You can opt out of personalized Google ads at adssettings.google.com, opt out of Google Analytics with the browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. The site still works without them.
## Who we share information with
Only the service providers that help us run the business, each using it only to provide their service to us:

– GoHighLevel (customer management, call tracking, call recording and text messages)
– CallRail (call tracking, and call recording)
– Our other text messaging providers (appointment texts)
– Our website host
Beyond that, we disclose personal information only when the law requires it.
## How long we keep it
Enquiry and customer records, including call recordings, are kept for as long as we reasonably need them for quoting, scheduling, warranty, tax and legal purposes, then deleted. Analytics data is kept in summary form under Google’s standard retention settings.
## Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, including call recordings, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@fletchwindowtint.com or call (210) 669-2940 and we will act on it. You can opt out of follow-up contact at any time by telling us in any call, email or message, or by replying STOP to a text.
## Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
## Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version is posted on this page with an updated date.
